Club Med Beach Resort

€0.00

The 40,000 m² Club Med Resort was designed, in association with Machado Costa Arquitectos, under a tight existing urban plan regulation that limited both total building area and height.

Located in one of the prettiest ocean fronts in Portugal, just one hour away from Lisbon, the development underwent a Environment Impact Assessment procedure having reached the final phase for the Environmental Impact Declaration.

The design is driven by the respect for the nature to create a unique experience for its users. The wooden structure of the buildings is visible in most public spaces and rooms offering a comforting relation with the existing surrounding pine landscape.

The circular shape of the buildings allows the guest to experience the ocean views from the balconies with privacy in relation to the neighboring rooms. The central areas of each of the five circles are occupied by gardens, each with their own unique atmosphere and character.

An array of sport facilities, swimming pools, spa, bars and restaurants, are integrated in the gardens and surrounding landscape, providing a varied leisure offering that complement the stunning ocean beach.
